Exercise is important at any age and ability.

  • Has your doctor or healthcare provider told you to get some exercise?
  • Wondering where to start or what type of exercise would be good for you?
  • Even though your doctor has cleared you to exercise, are you wondering if your health history could cause you any problems when you exercise?

This assessment program gives you a chance to answer questions about what exercise
program would be best for you, taking into consideration your health status. It is meant
to help you know what program is right for you and to give you information on where your body is now.
