nkNancy Kalinski ERYT is a therapeutic yoga teacher with a medical focus.  Her specialty is in working with individuals or small groups to help them focus on ways to allow yoga to work for them.

Her particular interest is in working with people who want to maintain and improve their bodies as they age even if they have limits and medical conditions.

She has worked with seniors, disabled veterans and their families, and others with particular conditions such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, back pain.

I love teaching and I love my students.

Background

Nancy is a board certified Physician Assistant who worked for 25 years in primary care, family medicine, occupational medicine and pediatrics.

Along the way she also trained in clinical medical hypnosis, and classical homeopathy.

She is an avid skier and ski instructor (currently at Mt. Sunapee, NH) and also taught in Colorado and Washington State.
